This talk\u00a0will cover two main sections:<\/p>\n

1.- What is Agile? I will go through the 12 principles of the Agile manifesto, explaining what is Agile and how important it is on websites development projects<\/p>\n

2.- Why WordPress is a good fit? I will explain how WordPress as a mature platform is a perfect fit to:<\/p>\n

– Satisfy the customer,
\n– Involve changes even late on development,
\n– Deliver working software frequently,
\n– Team content collaboration,
\n– Release features frequently, allowing progress through the project,
